Is %100 of Our Brain capacity to work possible?   Short answer is, NO    Here is the explanation We humans and animals are cell organisms that do actions. Every time a cell does action such as move, copy, convert it produces heat, noise, dirt, and need fuel to do that. Human brain is not different than any other cell. It too needs fuel to in the form of glycose to do that. Nerve cells like any other cell produce heat and dirt that needs to extracted to do that. NATO Cyber Alliance (NATOC) - A New Threat in our Global World - These days, there are many means to attack a country, whether by militarily, politically, indiscriminately, financially and the new threat on Cyberspace.
