UK REFERENDUM
Why there needs to be a 2nd referendum?
1st reason
Turnover was under 75%. It was 72%.
2nd reason
It was not a clear choice. It was 52% not no argument 80% or
70% or 67.2% that was in 1975, that should represent broad majority of people with
a clear choice.
3rd reason
Biased. It did not reflect the population. It did not
reflect London, Scotland and Northern Ireland. It reflected only some part of
the Country, and some part of the working population. I did not see scores of
London reflected in this referendum. London, the beacon, the power house of
United Kingdom was not reflected in the Referendum. Purely based on this reason
can be enough. Results look as if it biased and if a survey, study or test
resulted similar outcome it would be discarded.
4th reason
Naivety. It is not as important as the ones but there was
naivety in the public. This public had no experience of a referendum before
since 1975, that’s a generation long gap. And referendum is not same as voting.
They have a lot of knowledge about parties but not for ‘UK outside EU’ vs ‘UK
in EU’. This referendum should be counted as an experience. 2nd
referendum to be in 6 months’ time.
5th reason
Lies. We cannot direct the future of this country based on
lies. The future is transparent, bright, colourful, better but most of all is
truthful. You cannot build the future through tunnel of lies. The bridge that
you build based on lies will not be long lasting as the bridge based on truth. They
lied to people and some people believed in those lies. Now the Country’s future
is changing because of those lies.
6th reason
Margin of error. If we re-count the vote we should probably
get different results probably around 3% difference. When you measure something
there is always an error, it goes from 0.01% to 15%. To minimize this, you
measure minimum 3 times and calculate the average. The difference between 48%
and 51% is 1.6M so low and it falls into an error range. This error rate might
include manual counting error, people wrongly counting ticked boxes, later lost
& damaged papers. We cannot change this country’s destiny based on an error
rate.
7th reason
The integrity of United Kingdom is in jeopardy. Scotland
wanting referendum, NI wanting referendum, London wanting state status. To
protect integrity and safety of this nation the referendum should be delayed or
overruled or re-run.
8th reason
Change of perception. As high as 12% out voters did not
really want this outcome. They were out there to voice their opinion, to be a
number in the out counting. So they get listened while UK still being inside
the EU.
9th reason
Impartiality. Public media was not impartial and took sides.
Strong?
They say Britain still be strong outside EU but we are
stronger within the EU. Britain strong, yes, Britain can be strong
outside EU, Britain still be strong on a planet nothing but United Kingdom and surrounded
by seas. Why would you not choose to be stronger than strong. You’re happy being strong, they are happy
being strong. Well, I’m happy with stronger.
UK laws vs EU Directives
UK Health & Safety at work laws vs EU H&S at work
laws let’s compare. EU laws much thicker, more detailed and better as 28
countries put in to make it happen not just 1 country. UK puts in too, and we
get better out. What some are saying is the we are OK with less? Sometimes
these laws are addition to existing UK laws.
with EU vs without EU
Let’s imagine two United Kingdoms. One with EU one without
EU. What difference would we see? Compare two UK’s one with EU one with not
from 1970 to 2016. You will see UK with EU more prosperous, more regulated,
more standardised and as a result much wealthier.
We should therefore demand a 2nd referendum.
